Returns

Wanting to make it even easier for our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of online shopping, we offer the possibility of replacing products and refunding money provided that they meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned within 25 calendar days from the day of receipt. Proof of date of receipt is the courier's stamp.
Furthermore, the product must be unused and have all the company tags. Where belts, authenticity cards, protective cases or leather tags are provided, they should also be returned as they are considered part of the product.
Also, the product must be in its original packaging and in excellent condition like the original, without wear, stains or alterations.
Finally, it should be accompanied by all necessary sales documents - Exchanges or refunds are based on the purchase price.

Product Return Procedure

Product return is done by following the steps below:

STEP 1 - CHANGE REQUEST:

STEP 2 - COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM:

Within the package of the original order you have received the return form with detailed instructions on the back of the form.

On the return form, choose whether it concerns an Exchange or a Return and fill in the reason for which you are returning the item or items by noting in the "return reason number" column the corresponding number from the "return reason" column.

In the event that you wish to receive a refund, fill in all the fields in the "Information for refund" section.

If you have lost the return form, you can find a blank copy in which you can fill in your details and the code for the item(s) here

STEP 3 - PREPARE THE PACKAGE:

Place the completed return form inside your package.

Close the package so that the contents are protected. You can use either the same or another packaging.

STEP 4 - RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US:

Ariadni Fashion works exclusively with ELTA Courier. For the fastest service, visit https://www.elta-courier.gr/network and find the phone number of the store closest to you.

Call your local ELTA COURIER store to return the package, stating RECEIVER CHARGE.

You inform the carrier of the following recipient address:

Your request will be served after the package has been received at our warehouse and the returned products have been checked.

CAUTION!

Ariadnifashion.gr does not guarantee the safety and insurance of products returned through other transport companies, except ELTA Courier and may not assume responsibility for the specific products.

'All the above steps must be completed within 25 days of receipt. Otherwise, ariadnifashion.gr reserves the right to reject product returns that have not been returned in accordance with these terms or have not completed the above steps.

For the return you can use any courier company you wish, assuming the charge as the sender.

Any credit balances that may arise from transactions in the online store or in physical stores, expire after 12 months.

Money Back

In case you want to make a refund, the amount will be paid to Bank Account/Card/Paypal (depending on the original payment method of the order) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your package and after the ariadnifashion.gr has checked that the products meet all the conditions for return.

Return Charges

In cases of Product Change

For orders from Greece:

In the case of changing a non-defective product, the package is returned to ariadnifashion.gr free of charge. A necessary condition is that the shipment is made exclusively with ELTA Courier, stating the recipient's charge. The above applies only in the case of the first change, as from the second return of the same shipment, the cost (€3) is borne by the sender (customer) with a charge made in the reshipment.

During reshipment, the charge is €3 for the first change and €6 from the second change and for those arising later from the same order and is borne by the customer. Excluded are the cases where the difference between the value of the returned items and the new order is more than €50.

In cases of Refunds

The costs of returning the package, in cases of refund, are borne by the customer.

For orders from Greece:

Ariadnifashion.gr gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the preferential price of €3 for the return of your package, using exclusively ELTA Courier.

This amount will NOT be paid directly to the courier but will be deducted from the amount to be refunded regarding the value of the returned item(s). Therefore when returning your package, you will declare a consignee charge.

Defective Products

All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately, with the cost of return borne entirely by Ariadni. If you wish to exchange a defective product, ariadnifashion.gr can replace it with a product of the same characteristics, depending on availability. The cost of reshipping the item to be replaced is borne entirely by ariadnifashion.gr.

Procedure to Change Products through the store

The change of a product purchased through ariadnifashion.gr can be accepted in the store with the necessary condition that the returned code existed or exists as availability in the warehouse of the corresponding store.

Changes can only be made by presenting the Receipt from ariadnifashion.gr and the return form from your package.

In the event that the item is Outlet, the change can only be accepted at the Outlet store with the necessary condition that the returned code existed or exists as availability in the store's warehouse.

CAUTION!

For products that have been purchased in a physical store, changes are only accepted in a physical store, either in person or via courier.

For products that have been purchased from a physical store, there is no possibility of a refund.

The respective store is not obliged to change the returned product if there is no availability of the code in its warehouse.

Any credit balances that may arise from transactions in the online store or in the physical stores of the Ariadni, expire after 12 months.
